储水蓄能除霜理论及试验研究

摘    要:针对空气源热泵在除霜时室内环境热舒适性恶化、机组除霜可靠性差和运行不稳定等问题,提出空气源热泵储水蓄能除霜系统.机组在制热兼蓄能工况运行时,系统向室内供热的同时也向蓄能装置蓄热;除霜时,蓄能装置内的蓄热作为热泵的低位热源,在提高房间热舒适性的同时,缩短热泵机组除霜时间,提高工作效率.建立储水蓄能除霜系统的数学模型,对蓄能装置进行结构设计和体积计算,并对传统除霜系统与储水蓄能除霜系统的除霜特性进行了对比试验及能耗分析,试验结果充分表明了储水蓄能除霜系统的优越性.

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of instability of running , poor reliability of defrosting and worsen indoor environment because of defrosting, a new air source heat pump system of energy storage defrosting is presented. In heating and storing energy cycle, the air source heat pump provides heat to both indoor air and energy accumulator; In defrosting cycle, the energy accumu-lator provides heat to air source heat pump in order to make the room comfortable, shorter time and more efficient of defrosting. The mathematical model of defrosting system is established, the volume and structure of energy accumulator is worked out. The defrosting loss is analysed and the compared experiment of defrosting characteristic of the traditional system and the new energy store system are carried on. The result proved the advantage of the air source heat pump system based on energy store for defros-ting.
