浅谈教学中的以人为本

新时代的高等职业技术教学必须体现在全面提高人才素质上，秉承以人为本理念，注重培养学生将理论知识与实践相结合的能力。这就必须将以人为本的教育理念作为前提，创设新的教育体系和新的办学思想，构建符合市场和用人单位要求的课程体系和教学方法，增强学校自身的竞争能力，实现办学土体的市场化、产业化。

Briefly on human-oriented teaching

The altitude vocational technical education teaching in new times should be reflected in improving talents quality in an all-round way. And it also should be stick to perception of human-oriented teaching and pay attention to training students' ability of combining theory with pratice . It must take the perception of human-oriented teaching as the premises , create new educational system and new ideas on running schools , establish course system, strengthen their competitive ability and realize the industrialization of subjects of running schools.
