摘    要:对广东省东莞市石马河流域规模化养猪场现有的固液分离工艺进行改进,加入混凝系统,并进行现场试验,结果表明:混凝固液分离设备运行良好,出水CODCr为4 400~5 000mg/L,SS960 mg/L左右,不溶解的CODCr占总CODCr的质量分数降低到了18.1%~20.2%,B/C从混凝前的0.49增加到0.61,可生化性明显增加.改进后的固液分离工艺使总固体物质质量浓度从1.2×105~13×105mg/L降至880~980 mg/L,其去除率达99.1%~99.3%.混凝剂最佳投药为聚合硫酸铁(PFS) 聚合氯化铝(PAC) 阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM),投药质量浓度为(250 50 1)mg/L.

Abstract:Locale coagulation experiments have been made on large-scale piggery wastewater by using the existing solid fluid separation technology in Shimahe drainage area,Dongguan city,Guangdong province.The results show that,coagulation equipment functions well.CODCr and SS of the outflow is about 4 400-5 000 mg/L and 960 mg/L,the insoluble CODCr percentage reduces up to 18.1%-20.2%,B/C increases from 0.49 to 0.61,which indicated higher biotransformation.Total solid matter reduces from 120 000-130 000 mg/L to 880-980 mg/L,the removal rate reaches 99.1%-99.3% through the solid fluid separation technics.The optimal flocculant combination(concentration) is PFS PAC CPAM((250 50 1) mg/L).
