棒线材连轧过程有耗优化设计

摘    要:通过引入孔型尺寸计算模型等方法,建立棒线材连轧过程能耗优化问题的数学模型及其优化系统。该模型具有数学上的连续性,能够反映棒线材连轧机组中各参数的连续变化过程,并可采用解析法对其进行寻优计算。优化系统具有较高的计算效率,且计算结果稳定可靠。

Abstract:By using the methods of calculation model of the hole type, the mathematical model of energy consumption optimization for continuous rolling process of bar stock has been established There is a continuity in the model which can reflect continuous change of the parameters on the continuous rolling mill And analysis can be adopted for optimization There is a high calculation efficiency for the optimization system and the results of calculation are stable and reliable
