摘    要:采用等离子体活化烧结技术制得孔径大小可调、贯通性良好的多孔钛,确立了使用等离子体活化烧结法制备多孔钛的工艺流程,并确定了相关工艺参数,研究了发泡剂添加量和试块成型压力对多孔钛孔隙特征的影响,观察了多孔钛的显微孔隙特征.

Abstract:The porous titaniums with adjustable pore size and good connectivity are prepared by plasma activated sintering. This research establishes the technological process of preparation, determines the optimal process parameters, studies the amount of foaming agent to he added and the influence of briquetting pressure to the porous titanium with pores, and finally observes the microstructure of the samples.
