摘    要:采用循环伏安法和差分脉冲伏安法研究了直接耐晒大红4BS染料在碳糊电极上的伏安行为,探讨了其反应机理.该染料在pH 3.5的B.R.缓冲溶液中,有一对准可逆氧化峰和还原峰.通过差分脉冲伏安法测定,该染料在10^-3mol·L^-1~10-6mol·L^-1的范围内,氧化峰电流与浓度呈良好线性关系,检出限为2.5×10^-7mol·L^-1,由此建立测定直接耐晒大红4BS的差分脉冲伏安法.该方法可用于测定实验室染色废水水样中直接耐晒大红4BS的含量,平均回收率在95%~99.5%.

Abstract:Methods of cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry were used to study the vohammetrical behavior of direct fast red 4BS at a carbon paste electrode;and the reaction mechanism was discussed as well. The dye in pH 3.5 B.R. buffer solution had a pair of quasi reversible oxidation peak and reduction peak. According to differential pulse voltammetry determination,the dye in a range from 10^-3 mol. L^-1to 10^-6mol. L^-1 showed a good linear relationship between oxidation peak current and the concentration, and the detection limit was 2.5× 10^-7 mol .L^-1. The method of differential pulse vohammetry established in this way can be used to determine the amount of direct fast red 4BS in sample dyeing wastewater in laboratories,with an average recovery rate of 95%-99.5%.
