活塞环视觉检测伺服控制系统的设计与实现

摘    要:在活塞环视觉检测技术的基础上,提出了活塞环视觉检测伺服控制系统,介绍了活塞环视觉检测平台结构及伺服电机相关参数的设定及功能实现方法,并对其软硬件进行了设计。通过对某活塞环制造厂的活塞环进行检测,系统自动完成了活塞环的工位转化、定位及分拣等操作,具有较好的检测效果,为活塞环视觉检测技术的自动化、工业化应用提供基础。

Abstract:Based on the technology of piston ring vision inspection, a servo - control system for piston ring vision inspection has been proposed in this paper, this paper have introduced the structure of the piston ring vision inspection platform and the method of the set point and function implemen- tation of servo motor, in the meantime, the soft and hardware of the servo.- control system have also been designed. The system verified in a real piston ring manufacturer, and it shows that the system can finish location into, location and sorting of pis- ton ring automatically,and have a better detection effect,it will provide the foundation for the auto- mation and industrialization application of the technology of piston ring vision inspection.
