| 摘 要： | 新疆长穗柽柳中含有黄酮类化合物,本实验采用分光光度法,以芦丁为标准样品测定长穗柽柳茎中的总黄酮的含量,结果表明黄酮类化合物的最佳提取工艺为:乙醇浓度40%、提取时间1h、固液比1:50、提取温度80℃。实验结果可能为今后长穗柽柳资源的开发利用提供重要的理论依据。

| Abstract: | Tamarix elongate Ldb.contains flavonoid.In this test the total flavonoids contents are assayed by using spectroscopic methods with rutin as standard.The results showed that the optimum extracting conditions are 40% ethanol with 1:50 solid liquidratio and heated at 80 ℃ for an hour.The result can provide important theoretical basis for exploitation of Tamarix elongate Ldb resources. |
