摘    要:针对传统主元分析单尺度建模的局限性,以小波分析和主元分析理论为基础,应用多尺度主元分析方法(MSPCA)对浮式油轮生产储油卸油系统(FPSO)进行故障检测与诊断系统的设计与实现。以MSPCA为故障诊断算法,以Microsoft Visual Basic和Matlab为开发平台,以FOXBORO I/A、AIM*OPC Server为数据传输平台,采用FPSO仿真系统作为数据环境,建立了基于MSPCA的FPSO典型生产流程的故障诊断系统,实现油气水分离过程的故障检测与诊断。结果表明:基于MSPCA的FPSO故障诊断系统结构设计合理,在油气水分离系统的故障检测与诊断过程中取得较好的应用效果。

Abstract:For the limitations of single-scale modeling in traditional principal components analysis (PCA), multiscale principal components analysis(MSPCA) was applied to the fault monitor and diagnosis in floating production storage and off-loading system(FPSO). FPSO typical production process fault diagnosis system was established with MSPCA as fault diagnosis algorithm, Microsoft Visual Basic and Matlab as development platform, FOXBORO I/A and AIM * OPC Server as data transmission platform and FPSO simulation system as real time data environment to achieve the fault detection and diagnosis in the oil-gas-water separation process. The results show that the structure design of FPSO fault diagnosis system based on MSPCA is reasonable, it gets better results in oil-gas-water separation system.
