摘    要:采用涂布法制备MH/空气二次电池用的双效空气电极.考察了该电极的电化学性能,组装了MH/空气二次电池并进行了研究.结果表明:制备的空气电极可实现自呼吸式充放电,在这种方式下,充电电压最低可达0.68 V,放电电压最高可达-0.17V,具有较好的双效性能;在92 h的循环实验中电极的性能稳定.钙钛矿型La0.6Ca0.4CoO3催化剂在该电极中载量为3 mg/cm2,具有较高的双效催化活性及稳定性.涂布法制备双效空气电极,可控性好,易于提高电极的性能.

Abstract:Bifunctional air electrode for air/MH secondary cell was prepared by plastering method.The electrochemical performance of the electrode was evaluated.Air/MH secondary cell was assembled and the performance was investigated.The results showed that the air electrode could self-breathe during charge and discharge. Under this way,the lowest charging voltage could reach 0.68 V and the highest discharging voltage could reach-0.17 V,which showed the electrode had good bifunctional performance.The electrode preserved the constant performance during 92 h cyclic experiment.La_(0.6)Ca_(0.4)CoO_3 perovskite catalyst,with the loading of 3 mg/cm~2,had excellent bifunctional electro catalytic activity and stability when used in the electrode.It was easy to control the process and improve the performance of electrode when plastering method was used to prepare the bifunctional air electrode.
