细纱后区附加压力棒上销牵伸原理及纺纱实践

摘    要:为了探讨细纱后区附加压力棒上销的牵伸原理和实际纺纱效果,分析了细纱后区附加压力棒的作用,平面牵伸和V形牵伸后区附加压力棒作用原理,后区附加压力棒、后区牵伸倍数、粗纱捻系数等工艺配置的变化.通过在平面牵伸和V形牵伸形式上使用后区附加压力棒上销生产CJ 9.7 tex纱,试验结果表明,平面牵伸后区附加压力棒的纺纱质量比无压力棒有比较明显的改善,V形牵伸后区附加压力棒比平面牵伸后区附加压力棒作用效果更明显,细纱后区附加压力棒粗纱定量可以加大.

Abstract:To discuss draft principle and spinning effect of additional press bar top pin in spinning back area, function of additional press bar in spinning back area was analyzed, changes of function principle, back draft multiple of adding additional press bar, roving twist factor and so on processing configuration with plane draft and V shape draft were analyzed too. CJ 9.7 tex was spun with additional press bar in back are by plane draft and V shape draft, the test shows that spinning effect of adding press bar in plane draft back area is better than that of non press bar, spinning effect of adding press bar in V shape draft back area is much better than that of adding press bar in plane draft back area. Weight per 5 m of adding press bar in spinning back area can be increased.
