激光治疗肛周疾病的疗效观察

摘    要:目的:本文介绍用Ho:YAG激光、Nd:YAG激光等治疗肛周、直肠下端尖锐湿疣、痔疮、肛管息肉、肛乳头肥大、肛 瘘等疾患的疗效、方法和体会。方法:2%利多卡因局部浸润麻醉,分别Ho:YAG激光气化尖锐湿疣、肛管息肉、肥大的肛乳 头等;用.Nd:YAG激光治疗痔疮。对肛管、直肠下端位置较深病损的治疗在肛门镜下进行。共治疗肛管、直肠下端尖锐湿疣 96例、内痔出血84例、血栓性外痔48例、肛管息肉及肛乳头肥大患者55例、肛瘘21例。结果:尖锐湿疣患昔分别经过1-6 次治疗100%治愈;内痔1次治愈率达95%、2次治愈率100%;血栓性外痔、肛管息肉、肛乳头肥大、肛瘘均1次治愈,均无并 发症发生。结论:激光治疗肛周疾病简便安全、疗效可靠、无并发症。肛门镜下光纤传导的Ho:YAG激光、Nd:YAG激光使 肛管、直肠下端位置较深病损的治疗直观有效,值得推广。

Abstract:Objective: To observe and study the effects and the methods in treatment of the acumination condyloma in ano-rectal , and / or lower rectum, hemorrhoid, and anal fistula. Methods: Local anesthesia by 2% lidocaine. Vaporization by Ho: YAG laser in 96 patients of acumination condyloma , 55 patients with anorectal polypi or anal papilla hypertrophy and 21 anal fistula. Concretion, hemostasis by the Nd: YAG laser in 84 patients with bleeding of internal hemorrhoid. Cut the external hemorrhoidal thrombosis to remove the embolus by the intuitionistic laser. Those patients with deep lesions were undertaken through anoscope. Results: 96 patients of acumination condyloma were treated 1 to 6 times with efficacy of 100%, among 84 patients of bleeding internal hemorrhoid, the effective rate was 95% in one treatment, and it reached to 100% with two treatments. Other cases were cured with one treatment. Conclution: laser therapy has been an simple, safe, reliable treatment of a-nal disease with fiber conducted Ho: YAG laser and Nd: YAG laser and with no complication, especially for the deep lesions in lower rectum through anoscope.
