摘    要:运用种子乳液聚合工艺以OP-10/JFC/戊醇非离子复合乳化剂合成了具有核-壳结构的有机硅-丙烯酸酯微乳液,研究了复合乳化剂类型、丙烯酸酯单体、有机硅单体加入方式和含量、pH值、硫醇对微乳液聚合过程中稳定性和光泽度的影响,通过差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和透射电镜(TEM)对微乳液的结构进行了表征.结果表明:乳胶粒粒径在10~60 nm,具有核-壳结构.

Abstract:Organosilicon-acrylate micro emulsion with core-shell structure was synthesized with OP-10,JFC and amyl alcohol nonionic compounded emulsifier by means of seeded emulsion polymerization.Effects of type of compounded emulsifiers,adding ways and contents of acrylate monomers,organosilicon monomers,pH value,sulfur alcohol on stability and brightness of the micro emulsion during polymerization were investigated.Structure of micro emulsion was character- ized by transmission electron microscope(TEM)and differential scanning calorimeter(DSC).Testing results showed that if the emulsion particle size was controlled at the range of 10-60nm the emulsion particles were of core-shell structure.
