轻质油裂解炉反应管的工艺数学模型及应用

摘    要:对组成可以分析清楚、含近120种单烃的轻质油裂解反应物系,将组份适当归并、简化成48种,列出有关的49个分子反应式,以此提出裂解及结焦反应的动力学模型,并结合炉膛内的传热及反应管内的流体流动计算,建立了反应管的工艺数学模型,并用其对大庆30万吨/年乙烯联合化工厂裂解炉的投产工况作了校核、预测计算,得到了满意的结果。


A Mathematical Model for the Tubular Reactor in a Light Hydrocarbon Pyrolysis Furnace and Its Application
Abstract:A kinetic model for cracking and coking reactions of light hydrocarbon feed stocks is developed. The feed stocks consist of nearly 120 individual hydrocarbons up to C_(10)'s. In the model, the hydrocarbons in the reaction system are lumped into 48 components for the sake of simplicity, and 49 stoichiometric reaction equations are established. By combining the material balance computations for each component, the heat balance of reaction tube, and the fluid flow of reaction mixture, a mathematical model of the tubular reactor is set up. It has been used to check and predict the operating conditions of the pyrolysis furnace of Daqing Ethylene Complex. The computed results satisfactorily conform with those of pilot experiments and industrial operation.
