对江汉油田物业服务质量管理的探讨

近年来,江汉油田物业管理水平和服务水平不断提高,但随着社区居民对物业服务的要求越来越高,管理也呈现出不足之处,出现了一些亟急待解决的问题,主要表现有:专业化水平不高,物业服务人员的综合素质有待提升,社区的文化建设尚显不足,物业管理企业的服务内容有待进一步丰富。油田物业要抓住管理的重点,坚持以预防为主、以业主为重,坚持物业员工与社区居民共同参与的全方位质量管理,坚持质量管理的灵活性;要从基础工作抓起,提高物业服务质量管理水平;要建立和健全物业管理质量责任制;要加强物业服务质量管理的教育培训;要灵活运用以人为本、以客为尊、大力推行优质服务、科学管理、注重品牌经营、勇于承担社会责任、重视成本效益、提倡管理创新的物业服务质量管理策略。
