基于MATLAB的传动误差测试系统及其模拟实验智能化信号发生器

摘    要:介绍了机械传动误差测试中数字量计数法的特点,给出了传动误差测量系统FMT的系统框图。PC机程序采用VC调用MATLAB编译后的C函数实现FFT分析,重点介绍所研制的智能脉冲信号发生器,用其产生的两路信号对实际光栅输出信号进行模拟,进而验证FMT系统测试和FFT分析的正确性,并通过实际实验进一步验证了正确性。

Abstract:Introduced the characteristic of ditital counting method in machine transmission error testing, presented the system block diagram of transmission error testing system FMT. The PC program adopts VC to call C function compiled by MATLAB to realize the FFT analyses; the paper emphatically introduced the intelligent pulse signal generator, simulated the actual grating output signal by two ways of signal which produced by it, then validated the correctness of FMT system testing and FFT analyses, and further validated the correctness by actual experiment.
