宁夏彭阳县水窖集雨模式及节灌效益分析

彭阳县干旱少雨,水资源缺乏,当地群众有修建水窖集雨藏水的经验,水窖是这一地区集蓄雨水的主要设施。从1995年开始,彭阳县把水窖、集水场建设作为利用天然降雨,解决农业生产用水的根本措施来抓,形成了天然坡面集雨水窖蓄水、道路路面集雨水窖蓄水、庭院屋面(人工集水场)集雨水窖蓄水3种利用模式。通过对彭阳县水窖施工、集雨模式、工程投资、运行管理及经济效益进行分析,水窖集雨节灌工程虽然单位面积投资较高,但日常管理费用较低,有经济效益显著的特点,是解决干旱地区分散居住群众生产用水的有效途径之一,蓄积雨水、发展节水农业在干旱地区具有重大的战略和社会经济意义。

Analysis on Rainwater Collecting Patterns by Cellar and Benefits of Water-saving Irrigation in Pengyang County of Ningxia

Pengyang County is arid,has a few of rain and lack of water resources,so the local populations have the experience to build water cellars for collecting rainwater.From 1995 in Pengyang,the water cellars and water catchment fields are used as the main measures to resolve the agricultural water,forming 3 kinds of water cellar storage patterns,such as collecting water from the natural slope face,road surface and garden roofing(artificial catchment field).Through analyzing the construction of cellars,rainwater collecting patterns,project investment,operational management and economic benefits in Pengyang County,it is found out that although the unit-area investment of the water-saving irrigation project of collecting rainwater by water cellars is higher,its current management expense is lower and its economic benefit is more remarkable,which could show that it is one of the effective ways for the production water in the arid regions,and has the important strategic and social significance.
