摘    要:结合大规模风电并网的需求,在建立风电场出力多场景概率模型的基础上,提出了两步的风电场建设与输电网扩展协调规划综合模型。模型联合考虑了风电场接入和输电网建设情况,同时兼顾了对规划方案技术性、经济性、协调性及适应性这4个方面的要求,实现了规划方案的综合效益最优化。最后以考虑风电接入的测试算例验证了所提出模型的有效性。

Abstract:Combined with the demand of large-scale wind power integration, this paper put forward a two-step coordinated planning comprehensive model between wind farm construction and transmission network expansion, based on the multi-scenario probability model with wind power. Both wind power integration and grid construction were taken into consideration in this model. The model also took into account the technicality, economy, coordination and adaptability of the planning scheme, and realized the comprehensive benefit optimization of the planning scheme. Finally, the test case with wind power integration verified the effectiveness of the proposed model.
