摘    要:对线材在无滑动拉丝机卷筒上的爬升情况和受力情况进行了分析,提出了线材在卷筒上的爬升条件、无切向滑动的限定条件及沿轴向推移的自锁条件,并由此得出卷筒斜角α的最佳选定范围值及计算公式。

Abstract:The article analyzes creeping up situation and under stress state of wird rod on the capstan of non-slip drawing mpchine, puts forward creeping up condition, limited condition of no tangential slip and self-locking condition of axial migration of wire rod on the capstan,and thus gets the best value of selected range and calculating formula of capstan bevel angle.
