学校规章制度的社会学分析——高校规章制度建设存在的问题及对策探析

摘    要:高校规章制度建设存在着其制定缺乏代表性和民主性,其实施过程缺乏权威性,且其监控与反馈环节缺失等等问题。为了保证学校管理工作的良性运行,维系学校的正常秩序以及实现依法治校,制定科学的规章制度,有着十分重大的意义。从社会学角度对学校规章制度进行了剖析,反思我国高校在学校规章制度建设存在的问题,为制定科学合理的学校规章制度提出了建议。

Abstract:There exist problems of lacking of representativeness and democracy, lacking of authoritativeness in the process of implementation, and missing supervising and feedback links in the construction of rules and regulations of colleges and universities. In order to guarantee the benign operation of the management work, maintain regular order on campuses and realize running school according to the laws, it is of great significance to make scientific rules and regulations. This paper analyzes the rules and regulations of schools from the perspective of sociology, reflects the problems existing in the construction of rules and regulations in colleges and universities, and puts forward suggestions as to making scientific and reasonable rules and regulations.
