| 摘 要： | 通过比较地区电网集控中心建设的两种方案的优缺点，确定了廊坊地区建设多个集控中心的方案，并在此基础上提出了系统的框架结构和功能。另外，对集控中心的核心功能——信息的内容和规约的选择也作了较细的论述。
