| 摘 要： | 作战试验是武器装备投入训练、实战前的＂准生证＂,关系到武器装备作战效能的发挥及发展建设。分析国外武器装备作战试验与鉴定现状,剖析我陆军装备作战试验工作的不足,从机构制度、环境设置、队伍培养、组织实施等方面提出开展陆军装备试验的有效措施。

| Abstract: | Weapons and equipment operational test（OT） is regarded as the birth approval certifi-cation for training and combat ,which is crucial to operational efficiency and weapons development . Current situation of international OT is analyzed and OT shorts of army of PLA are exposed .Then , effective measures are applied on fields such as organization system ,environment ,team training ,or-ganize etc . |
