PS改性阳离子氯丁胶乳沥青防水涂料的制备和性能研究

研究出了ＰＳ改性阳离子氯丁胶乳沥青防水涂料的制备工艺，当ＰＳ加入量为沥青重量的４％～６％时，产品的延伸性为６２～６１ｍｍ（无处理）和６１～４５ｍｍ（处理后）；柔韧性：－１５±１℃时无裂纹，不断裂；涂层表干和实干时间可缩短为７～６ｈ和２０～１８ｈ。耐热性、粘结性、不透水性、抗冻性均比不加ＰＳ改性的产品有明显提高。

Study on the Preparative Process and Property of the Waterproof Paint of PS Modifying Cation Chloroprene Latex Asphalt

This paper presents the preparative process of the waterproof paint of PS modifying cation chloroprene latex asphalt,and discusses the effect of PS application amount on the product property so as to determine the optimum adding quantity of PS.When the adding quantity of PS is 4%～6% of the asphalt weight,the product extensibility is 6.2～6 1mm(untreated) and 6.1～4 5mm (treated) and the flexibility is no cracks and breakage at 15±1℃.The surface and completed drying time can be shorted to 7～6 h and 20～18 h respectively.The heat resistance,adhensiveness,water resistance,and freezing resistance of modified product can be significantly improved than those of the products without PS modifying.
