聚D,L-丙交酯选用增塑剂对外增塑影响的研究

摘    要:研究可体内降解材料D,L-丙交酯选用外增塑剂以改善力学性能,增大降解速度,采用聚丙交酯的熔融增塑法,用高分子万能测试机测试试样的拉伸应力和断裂伸长率,并由此计算试样的弹性模量。结果用柠檬酸三丁酯做聚丙交酯的外增塑剂,较其他四种增塑剂有明显的医用降解材料的优势,具有较高的柔韧性,增塑的聚丙交酯可做食品医用降解材料。

Abstract:In order to study D.l lactide which can be decomposed in body, an outside plasticizer was used to mprove its mechanical properties and enhance its decomposing speed.The plasticity was improved by melting polymeric lactide, and the stretch stress and stretch ratio of samples were tested with an almighty macromolecule testing machine. In addition, the plastic modulus of samples were computed from test results. It is showed that Tri-n-butyl citrate is the most suitable plasticizers of polymeric lactide. As one of the outside plasticizers for ploymeric lactide,Tri-n-buty1 cituate is far better than the other four plasticizers. Moreover, it has higher intensity and flexility. Plasticized polymeric lactide may be widely used as decomposable material for medical use.
