| 摘 要： | 日益加大的大学生就业压力和用人单位对大学生要求的不断提高，我国高校现行的大学生就业指导模式显得力不从心．试对原有模式中存在的一些问题进行了分析，并通过对国外高校所施行的就业指导模式的介绍，提出了几点改善现有大学生就业指导模式的建议，为尽快建立适应社会发展需要的大学生就业指导模式提供一些思路．

| Abstract: | Nowadays the increasing pressure of employment on college students in china poses the increasingly higher requirements of the employers for college students, which makes the current employment guiding patterns out of time. This paper attempts to analyzes the problems in the present employment guiding patterns, introduces some employment guiding patterns implemented in foreign colleges and universities, puts forward some suggestions on the improvement of the current employment guiding patterns for college students so as to provides some thoughts for the establishment of the employment guiding patterns that meets the requirements of the development of society. |
