热定型对涤纶细特丝微结构和染色性能的影响

摘    要:研究了2种不同的热定型方式(热管法和热辊法)对涤纶细特丝的超分子结构和染色性能及其物理机械性能的影响,结果表明:用热管法和热辊法纺制的涤纶细特丝,前者的初始模量、玻璃化温度都低于后者,且手感柔软;ForonRD系列染料适合涤纶细特丝的染色.

Abstract:The dyeing and physical properties and the microstructure of PET micriofibers made by different thermosetting are studied. The results show that the modulus(1%elongation) and the glass transition temperature of TCS fiber are lower than that of TRSfiber (TCS i.e. thermal channel spinning; TRS i.e. thermal roller spinning), and thehand feeling of former is softer than the latter. Foron an series dyestuffs are availablefor the dyeing of these two kinds of fibers.
