基于ARM的煤质工业分析仪的设计

摘    要:设计一种基于ARM的全自动测量煤质的工业分析仪。该分析仪采用热重分析原理自动测量煤中水分、灰分和挥发分的质量分数。仪器既可以单独工作又可以通过RS485总线接入上位PC机系统,通讯协议采用ModBus_RTU通信规约,有利于实验室煤质工业分析仪构成总线式自动测量系统,方便仪器的拓扑扩展。

Abstract:A kind of fully auto-measuring industrial analyzer for coal quality based on ARM is designed in this paper. According to the thermogravimetrie analysis theory, the analyzer is able to auto-measure the qualities of water, ash and volatilization in coal. The instrument not only works alone, but also communicates with PC system by RS485 bus. Its communication protocol uses ModBus_RTU to unify the LAB industrial analyzer system and make system extendible conveniently.
