| 摘 要： | 在H型钢生产线中，开坯轧机将加热后的异型坯经过弘7个道次的往复轧制，轧制成为能够满足用于万能轧机轧制的中间坯，因此开坯轧机上辊压下装置的定位精度非常重要。介绍了三菱FR-A740系列通用变频器与三菱PLC脉冲单元构成的通用伺服系统在H型钢生产线开坯轧机中的位置控制应用。

| Abstract: | In H steel production line, the qualified breakdown bar for the universal mill is heated beam blank after 5-7 times rolling by the breakdown mill. The positioning accuracy of the upper roller screwdown is very important for the breakdown mill. This paper introduces the position control application of general servo system constructed by MITSUBISHI FR-A740 series general inverter and MITSUBISHI PLC pulse unit in H steel breakdown mill. |
