| 摘 要： | 根据国家蓄滞洪区运用损失补偿政策,结合黄河下游滩区实际情况,分析提出了黄河下游滩区空间补偿范围、损失补偿范围及有关实施补偿的原则,为估算洪水淹没补偿额和制定补偿标准提供依据。

| Abstract: | Analysis is made on the scope of space compensation, loss compensation and principle of compensation based on loss compensation policies adopted in the national flood retention and storage areas and actual conditions of flood plain areas in the lower reaches of the Yellow River, which provides a base for estimating cost of compensating flood inundation and making compensation standards. |
