隔河岩水电机组轴系横向自振特性的计算分析

摘    要:对水轮发电机组轴系统的横向振动的自振特性进行了分析,采用考虑陀螺效应的有限元法。引入了计算模型,给出了计算公式与计算方法,据此编制了计算程序ROTOR。将ROTOR的计算结果与美国西屋公司的相应软件的计算结果进行了比较。ROTOR独有的功能是能够计算进动转速,这是目前国内工程上使用的软件所不具备的。

Abstract:In this paper,the transverse self-oscillation characterislic of hydrogenerator set is discussed. Finite element method with consideration of gyroscopic effect is used in this paper. Calculating bodel is introdrced. Calculating equation and Calculating method are given here. Based on this principle. computationol program. ROTOR is implemented. The results computed by ROTOR is compared with those ty the software of westing House Corporation.Tne ability to computing processing speed is the unique function of ROTOR that any other counterpart in Chinese engineering Puactice does not have
