Abstract:The development of reinforcing ceramic composites with SiC whiskers is set forth. The problems met in the process of reinforcing ceramic composites are pointed out. The research and effect dispersity of SiC whiskers in these years are summarized. The chemical bond join theory and physics effect theory of silane coupling agent are introduced mostly. And the chemical bond join theory in the process of dispersing SiC whiskers is considered to be primary.
