| Abstract: | The basic principle and implement procedure of static elastic plastic analysis were described, two elastic plastic static analysis method was analyzed, i.e. ACT-40 energy spectrum method and FEMA-273/274 equivalent displacement coefficient method, therefore lay a basis for building structure seismic design. |
