| 摘 要： | 为了提高公路工程项目管理水平,必须实现信息化管理。以上海市沪宁高速公路拓宽工程建设项目管理系统为例,介绍了项目管理系统的三大模块分别实现了投资控制管理、计划进度管理、质量控制管理,并阐述了项目管理系统的应用效果。该项目管理系统将被推广到上海市所有公路工程建设中。

Application of the Project Management System to Expressway Widening Works |

| Abstract: | Informationalized management is a must to improve highway project management. Taking for example the management system in the project of Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway Widening, three moduli are introduced hereby to realize management of the investment control, scheduled progress and quality control, with the result of their application. The system will be applied to all highway projects in Shanghai. |
