水电工程设计项目管理探讨

项目管理作为以项目为对象的系统管理方法，已在工程建设中得到普遍应用和发展，而应用于工程设计在我国还不普遍，石化设计行业应用较早，且较为成熟，但水电设计行业尚处于探索、总结和完善阶段。根据工程设计管理模式的变化，结合中南勘测设计研究院在龙滩、三板溪、向家坝、虎跳峡等大型水电工程实施设计项目管理的情况，对水电工程设计实施项目管理进行探讨，有利于提高项目质量，降低成本，提高设计院的竞争力。

Discussions on the project management of hydropower project design

The Project Management, a systematic management method with the object of project, has been widely applied and developed in the project construction. But in project design, it is not used in a wide way. In China, the project management of design was applied in the petrochemical industry earlier and very mature. For hydropower project design, project management is still at the exploring, summing-up and perfecting stage. This paper outlines several elementary viewpoints and experience on the project management of hydropower project design, in combination with the actual conditions of the project management of the design of large-sized hydropower projects such as Longtan, Sanbanxi, Xiangjiaba, Hutiaoxia hydropower projects, in order to to enhance the quality of the project, reduce cost and increase the competitive force of the design institue.
