摘    要:传统的大学教学评价模式存在一些弊端,4-3-2-1评价模式综合考虑学生期终考试成绩、平时作业、平时表现和课堂答问等方面情况,分别赋以不同权重作为评价学生学习成绩依据,能充分调动学生学习积极性,在实际应用中能取得良好效果。

Abstract:The traditional assessment mode in HE course teaching does have some drawbacks.The 4-3-2-1assessment mode takes into consideration all performances of the students as in assignment,classroom activities,and final examination.Then it puts different weighs on those different factors as a basis to assess the students' achievement in their studies.This mode can well stimulate the students' enthusiasm to academic work,and can make good effect when it comes to real practice.
