摘    要:针对油气输送管线易于产生应力腐蚀开裂的特点,和逆焊接加热处理技术导入表层压应力的新工艺,为未来采用超洁净管线钢制造的输送钢管和其它各类钢结构防止应力腐蚀开裂提供了技术储备。

Abstract:Regarding to the Stress Corrosion Crack of the oil and gas pipeline, this article gives out the surface pressing stress guide process by adopting counter welding heat treatment disposal technology , and provides the technical reserve of the anti-stress corrosion crack for the line pipe manufactured by super clean pipeline steel and other structure steel.
