摘    要:制备了一系列含Bi元素的负载型催化剂,考察它们对乙醇的催化氧化效果,用XPS和SEM研究了催化剂的表面微观结构,结果表明:含Bi和Cr两种元素的催化剂活性较高,随Cr∶Bi原子比的增大,催化剂活性先增大后降低,Cr∶Bi原子比为1.25时,催化剂活性达到最高。这类催化剂的晶格变形较大,表面存在大量吸附氧。催化剂中CeO2组分能够促进Bi Cr O复合氧化物的分散,对提高催化剂的活性有促进作用。

Abstract:A series of catalysts comprising Bi were prepared, the microtexture of catalyst was researched by XPS and SEM, the result showed that:the catalysts that comprise Bi and Cr are the effective ones by comparing their effect of catalytic oxidation of alcohol. In the range of Cr∶Bi≤1.25, the effect of catalysts increased with Cr∶Bi ratio increases, and in the range of Cr∶Bi≥1.25, the effect of catalysts decreased with Cr∶Bi ratio increases. There exists deformed lattice and lots of adsorbed oxygen on the surface of this kinds of catalysts. The component of CeO_2 accelerates separation of Bi-Cr-O compound and catalytic effect of catalysts.
