往复挤压ZK60镁合金研究

摘    要:本文对往复挤压ZK60镁合金的组织和延伸率等进行了研究。结果表明:往复挤压对ZK60镁合金组织的细化效果更加显著,晶粒尺寸大约为1.5μ~5μm。RE—n~Ex—ZK60—CT镁合金人工时效处理后,伸长率高达40%。

Study on ZK60 Magnesium Alloy by Reciprocation Extrusion

Abstract:Microstructures and elongation of ZK60 magnesium alloy were researched by reciprocation extrusion process at different passes. The results show: after reciprocation extruded, the refinements of microstructures were obvious, grain sizes were 1.5 μm-5 μm. the elongation of RE--n--EX--ZK60-CT alloys was 40%.
