电化学沉积铁基软磁合金薄膜的研究进展

摘    要:铁基合金软磁薄膜具有高饱和磁通密度、低矫顽力,高磁导率、高电阻率、低损耗等特点,广泛应用于电子信息、国防、航空航天等领域.阐述了铁基合金软磁薄膜的制备方法,电化学沉积铁基合金薄膜的特点、种类和性质,并概述了电化学沉积铁基合金镀层的研究趋势.

Abstract:The Fe-based alloy soft magnetic films have high saturation magnetic flux density,low coercivity,high permeability,high electric-resistivity,low waste,which are widely used in electron communication,national defence,aviation and space flight.The methods for preparing Fe-based alloy soft magnetic films are described.And the characteristics,types and nature of electroless Fe-based alloy soft magnetic films are also presented.Finally the trend in the development of such materials is generalized.
