| 摘 要： | 在WS-005挖掘机试验台上用微机控制挖掘机,使其按给定的挖掘轨迹挖掘,同时用微机采集挖掘过程各参数。本文通过对测试数据的计算分析,说明了影响挖掘阻力和能耗的各因素,以单位挖掘体积的能耗为衡量指标,比较了不同数学模型的挖掘轨迹的优劣,验证了等后角挖掘轨迹。

| Abstract: | A microcomputer is used to control excavator model WS-005 on test be(?)ch for excavating operation according to the given trajectories and to collect various data in the excavating process. Through computation and analysis of test data, this paper explains the factors impacting the excavating resistance and power consumption and by comparing excavating trajectories of different mathematical models with the power consumption per unit of excavated volume as a evaluation criterion verified the excavating trajectory of constant rear angle cutting. |
