颗粒增强金属基复合材料的研究进展

摘    要:概述颗粒增强金属基复合材料的成型工艺,介绍各种工艺的制备过程、在制备技术中存在的主要问题及解决措施,列举典型制备工艺的优点及应用范围,介绍国内相关的研究成果和应用状况,并对其今后发展的方向进行了探讨。颗粒增强金属基复合材料具有成本低、高强度、高模量、高耐磨性、易于制造等优点。指出颗粒增强钢铁基复合材料是当前研究的重要方向之一,颗粒增强钢铁基复合材料具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:The forming technologies of particle-reinforced metal matrix composites are summarized.The preparation processes,the main questions that exit in preparation technologies and the solutions are introduced.The virtues and applied ranges of typical preparation technologies are enumerated.The achievement and application of particle-reinforced metal matrix composites are summarized,as well as the developing direction in the future is discussed.Particle-reinforced metal matrix composites have a lot of advantages such as low cost,high intensity,high module,high wear resistance and easily to be produced.Particle-reinforced steel matrix composites have a good application prospect,and are becoming one of the most important aspects in current researches.
