1Cr18Ni9Ti与10CrMo910钢的焊接试验

摘    要:在1Cr18Ni9Ti与10CrMo910钢的焊接中,当焊接材料选择恰当时,既可控制焊缝组织,又可防止在焊缝与母材的交合面上产生脆硬的马氏体。由于2种钢的组织状态完全不一样,焊后不能进行热处理,但只要选用Ni含量>12%的奥氏体不锈钢和耐热钢填充材料,就能使焊接接头的力学性能基本达到10CrMo910 10CrMo910钢接头的性能,从而满足10CrMo910钢对性能的要求。

Abstract:In welding process of 1Cr18Ni9Ti and 10CrMo910 Steels, when the selection of weld material is reasonable, not only should govern weld seam structure, but also should prevent to result hardenable martensite between the pick-up zone of the weld seam and base matel. As a result of structure state of two steels make a great difference. It can't be carried out heat treatment after welding. So as select austenitic stainless steel which over and above 12% Ni content,with pearlite steel act as weld material. It should be met the need for mechanical performance of the welded joint. By and large amount to 10CrMo910 and 10CrMo910 steel joint performance and else meet the need of 10CrMo910 steel self performance
