| 摘 要： | 介绍了煤矿矸石山自移式带式输送机的用途及结构特点,提出矸石山带式输送机无法与矸石山形成可靠附着力,在工作过程中存在机头向上倾翻的可能,主要对自移式矸石山带式输送机机头部进行了力学分析,结果表明,当带式输送机伸至最长,在自移式机头与机身结合部最易发生倾翻,在此基础上得出带式输送机不倾翻稳定运行条件,为类似带式输送机的设计提供了参考。

| Abstract: | The application and the features of the self-shift belt conveyor on the gangue dump were introduced.Present it is possible for the conveyor's head to upwarp for its lower adhesion with the gangue dump.The mechanical analysis on the conveyor was done and the result shows that the conveyor is easiest to upwarp at the combining site of its head and body when the transmission distance gets maximal.Put forward the stable operation condition of the conveyor.Provides guidance to the design of the similar conveyors... |
