摘    要:为了分离一些具有正反形状特征且具有导磁性能的零件,以保持架为例,利用离心分离原理,根据保持架正反面在不同正压力下摩擦力的不同,设计了一种离心分离装置。为了验证在不同的磁场力作用下保持架的正压力变化状态,采用Ansys软件对其进行建模及仿真分析,分析结果验证了离心分离方法的可行性。
