基于MATLAB的交错轴斜齿轮传动齿面数字化接触模型

摘    要:在建立交错轴斜齿轮传动副标架、准确推导齿面啮合方程的基础上,利用MATLAB强大的科学分析计算功能和函数可视化功能绘制出2个完整的接触齿面,探索出一种能快速、准确地绘制交错轴斜齿轮传动齿面三维数字化接触模型的方法,对于进一步分析研究交错轴斜齿轮传动啮合性能提供了理论基础。

Abstract:Based on setting up the transmission frame of crossed helical gears,deriving the meshing equation accurately,using the powerful science analysis and calculation function and function visualization of MATLAB draw two full contact tooth surfaces to explore a kind of quickly and accurately method of drawing the crossed helical gear tooth surface three-dimensional digital model.It is very valuable for further analysis of crossed helical gears meshing drive performance.
