| 摘 要： | 对Al2O3-Al基钢水改质剂的冶金特性进行了研究。Al2O3-Al基渣系能够在形成形成低熔点、流动性好的12 CaO.7Al2O3化合物,具有较强的脱硫能力及硫容量,并有良好的吸附B类夹杂物能力,能够提高钢质纯净度,形成无氟渣或低氟渣,具有良好的社会效益和经济效益。

| Abstract: | It studies the metallurgical property of Al2O3-Al property-optimized material.The Al2O3-Al property-optimized material can form 12 CaO·7Al2O3 compound with lower fusion point and better flowability.The compound shows good desulphurizing ability and sulphur capacity,better abosorbing B type inclusions power,It can improve cleanliness and form non-fluorine slag or lower-fluorine slag which has good society and economy efficiency. |
