Si-Al-K掺杂钼粉对烧结密度的影响

摘    要:以不同掺杂含量Si-Al-K钼粉的还原、烧结为研究对象,着重分析了钼粉粒度及掺杂元素残留量对钼棒烧结的影响。通过密度测定、断口SEM检测表明:Si-Al-K钼粉的粒度、掺杂元素残留量是影响Si-Al-K钼粉烧结密度的两大主要因素。

Abstract:The effect of particle size and residual quantity of doped Si-Al-K of molybdenum powder on sintered density was anylyzed.According to the testing of molybdenum density and fracture SEM,the result reveals that the particle size and residual quantity of doped Si-Al-K of molybdenum powder are two main factors that affect sintered density of Si-Al-K molybdenum powder.
