含铅钼矿综合回收新工艺研究

摘    要:陕西洛南县含铅钼矿床矿石工业类型主要为细粒级碳酸岩脉型钼(铅)矿石,其钼平均品位0.06%~0.078%之间,铅品位0.14%~0.25%。本研究采用选冶联合新工艺,使该资源中的有价金属钼、铼和铅金属获得了高效综合回收与利用。新工艺采用柴油作钼的捕收剂、再磨时加活性炭脱药、磷诺克斯抑制铅、钼精矿湿法除铅等技术,获得了53%的高品位钼精矿。彻底解决了矿山钼精矿品位低、含铅量高、冶炼高铅钼精矿污染环境等生产难题。对钼中矿采用石灰作矿浆pH调整剂、糊精作黄铁矿抑制剂、硫化钠作方铅矿活化剂,乙基黄药与戊基黄药组合药剂作捕收剂、2#油作起泡剂、水玻璃作脉石矿物抑制剂,经3段浮选分离使钼矿中的铅得到高效分离回收,获得了铅品位为60%的铅精矿。

Abstract:The lead-containing molybdenum in Luonan,Shaanxi is the fine fraction carbonatite vein-type ore.The grade of molybdenum is 0.06%~0.078%,the grade of lead is 0.14%~0.25%.In this research,molybdenum,rhenium and lead are efficiently comprehensively utilized by the new mineral and metallurgical united technology.In the new technology,the grade of molybdenum concentrate can reach 53% by using diesel as the collectors,using activated carbon to romove reagent in the regrinding,using the phosphorus knox to depress the galena and leaching the lead in the molybdenum concentrate by hydrometallurgy.The problem that the molybdenum concentrate's grade is low,but the lead grade is too high and environmental pollution is serious in the smelt process is solved.The cleaning tailings contain galena,using lime as regulators,dextrin as depression of pyrite,sodium sulfide as the activator of galena,xanthate collectors as the collectors,oil No.2 as the frother,sodium silicate as the depression of gangue,after 3-section cleaning selected,the grade of lead concentrate can reach 60%.
