| Abstract: | Prediction is the basic technology of lossless image compression. In this paper the approach of lossless image compression based on prediction is analyzed, and a comprehensive review of research developments in lossless image predictive compression is presented, beneficial discussion on the design of algorithms on predictive compression is also made. |
