聚合物配位法合成尖晶石型铁酸锌

摘    要:采用聚合物配位法,在较低温度下合成高均匀性的铁酸锌粉体材料,Zn2+、Fe3+、柠檬酸和乙二醇以1:2:6:30的摩尔比混合后,在130℃时发生酯化反应得到前驱体,所得前驱体400℃下在空气中热处理2h,可得到尖晶石结构的铁酸锌,并采用TG-DTA、XRD、FT-IR等测试手段进行表征,所合成产物粒径由Scherrer公式计算得到。

Abstract:A Polymerizable complex method was used to prepare high-purity nanocrystalline zinc ferrite powders at lowertemperature. The precursor was obtained by esterfication of a mixed solution of Zn2+, Fe3+, citric acid and ethylene glycol with a molarratio of 1:2:6:30 at 130℃. The complete formation of ZnFe2O4 was obtained when the precursor was heated at 400℃ for2h in air. ZnFe2O4 was characterized by thermogravimetry-differential thermal analysis(TG-DTA), X-ray diffraction(XRD) and Fouriertransform infrared (FT- IR) spectroscopy. The average particle sizes were calculated by Scherrer equation.
